Discover the beauty of the Zen garden at Norfolk Karate Academy while you explore a mindful yoga and meditation practice with live ambient music performed by international, award-winning musician From Overseas.
The yogasana & meditation class is appropriate for all experience levels and will focus on cultivating metta: loving kindness.
Bring your own yoga mat or towel to practice on, water, and any props you may like to use (blanket/bolster/blocks/strap). We will have some extra mats & props available to use, too!
Please enter the Zen Garden through the gate located off the small paved parking lot between Nancy Thomas Gallery & Norfolk Karate Academy.
Arrive between 6:30-6:45pm to get settled in; a 60-minute yoga asana class will begin promptly at 7pm followed by 20-minute guided breathing & meditation practice. After class you're invited to spend time in community enjoying the sunset & complimentary tea.
Class is led by Carly of Mindful Moments Wellness.

Tickets are $25 pre-sale, $30 at the door if space is still available (it sold out last time we made this offering!).
